Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, subscribing to, or using MyTradera (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Disclaimer, and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Educational Purpose Only

MyTradera is a trader-development and educational platform.

All content, courses, lessons, journals, templates, playbooks, quizzes, AI interactions, reference materials, and other resources are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing within the Service constitutes:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Trading advice
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice
  • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument

3. No Investment Advisory Relationship

MyTradera is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, financial planner, or tax professional.

Your use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

5. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • Protecting login credentials
  • All activity occurring under your account

You must immediately notify us of unauthorized account access.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel at any time through your account billing settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. No Refunds

All subscription fees are final.

Because users receive immediate access to digital educational content, AI features, tools, templates, and platform resources, MyTradera does not provide refunds or partial refunds for subscription payments.

Verified duplicate charges or billing errors may be corrected at our discretion.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share or resell your account
  • Redistribute platform content
  • Reverse engineer the Service
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, educational materials, curriculum, graphics, and trademarks remain the property of MyTradera and its licensors.

Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal educational use.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

You grant MyTradera a limited license to store, process, display, and use that content solely to provide the Service.

11. AI Features

MyTradera includes AI-powered educational features, including TC, the AI Trading Coach.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all information before acting upon it.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTradera disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTradera, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses
  • Lost profits
  • Investment losses
  • Account drawdowns
  • Prop firm account failures
  • Lost opportunities
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MyTradera during the twelve months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyTradera from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or for legal, security, or operational reasons.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
